🔄 Returns



We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be:


  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

🚫 Non-returnable items



  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Clearance or final sale items






📦 Return Shipping



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


If eligible, we’ll provide the return address and instructions after your request is reviewed.





💰 Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.


✅ If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


❌ If rejected:

We will notify you with an explanation and offer support.





❗ Late or Missing Refunds



If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
  3. If you still need help, contact us directly






📦 Damaged or Wrong Items



If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
